Soft & stretchy achromatic cityscape print opaque tights, by U.K. brand Pamela Mann (est. 1956!). These rise to natural waist with a smooth 2" wide waistband and gusseted crotch.

first notes on fit: The size chart seems conservative --being 5'6" with 42" hips, I grabbed the size 12-14 to try. They are comfy, but also roomy on me and I think I could probably size down. (update: size 4-10 also fits me just fine, so very accommodating)

Softest Plus-Size Tights Ever!!

I don’t live in Portland, however I have been traveling there to visit close family for the last 10 years. Every single visit Naked City has been a must and at this point a bit of a tradition! In 2023 I was in Portland for my 21st birthday and per usual had to stop in my favorite store. I found U.K. brand Pamela Mann tights (plus size) and I am now absolutely obsessed. Naked City is the only store I’ve been able to find this brand and I will continue to only buy these because they are SO SO SO good!! I ordered a cheetah print pair last Christmas and recently in July 2026 I visited and bought 3 more pairs including skyscraper print, black and white polka-dots, and lace! So so so cute. Durable, extremely soft, plus size/big thighs and hips friendly! Thank you Naked City!!
