RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We do NOT do refunds. Sorry! We do returns for store credit. Here are the particulars:

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable!

You have 48 hours from the date your item was received to notify customerservice@nakedcityclothing.com and let us know the context of your return. After you have contacted us, you have 14 days from the date your item was received to mail the item back to us.

You will receive the price of the item you are returning in store credit (this does NOT include the cost of shipping). It is the customer's responsibility to pay all costs/taxes due to shipping. Exchanges requests can be made when you contact customer service. If available, we will place the item you would like to exchange for on hold. Once your returned item is received we will issue a store credit which can be then be used toward your requested exchange or anything else we sell. Store credit does not expire and may be used in-store or online.
Items that cannot be returned:
  • swimsuits
  • bikini bottoms
  • socks
  • panties
  • hosiery
  • tights
  • wigs
  • packaged costumes and costume accessories
  • face masks
  • ALL sale and markdown items

*Returning shoes? A shoebox is NOT a shipping box. Please return shoes in the original shoebox within a shipping box

Items returned must:

  • be unworn
  • be unused
  • have tags attached
  • be in original packaging

The items you return should not show any evidence of wear. This means NO: deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal hair, makeup, smudges, tears or holes, stains of any kind, etc.
