RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We do NOT do refunds. Sorry! We do returns for store credit. Here are the particulars:

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable!

You have 48 hours from the date your item was received to notify customerservice@nakedcityclothing.com and let us know the context of your return.

After you have contacted us, you have 14 days from the date your item was received to mail the item back to us.

You will receive the price of the item you are returning in store credit (this does NOT include the cost of shipping). It is the customer's responsibility to pay all costs/taxes due to shipping.

Once your returned item is received we will issue a store credit code which can be then be used toward a size exchange (if available) or for anything else we sell.

Store credit does not expire and may be used in-store or online.

Items that cannot be returned:

swimsuits
bikini bottoms
socks
panties
hosiery
tights
wigs
packaged costumes and costume accessories
face masks
ALL sale and markdown items

*Returning shoes? A shoebox is NOT a shipping box. Please return shoes in the original shoebox within a shipping box

Items returned must:

be unworn
be unused
have tags attached
be in original packaging

The items you return should not show any evidence of wear. This means NO: deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal hair, makeup, smudges, tears or holes, stains of any kind, etc.

We send it out nicely, so please send it back nicely to us!
