Didn't realize it was digital....

I was ordering this gift certificate as a gift. I thought it would be physically mailed and was waiting for it. I didn't see it was emailed digitally until now.

I would have preferred a physical mail with a gift card that I could have given as a present. Or if it was a digital thing, I would have liked to have it sent to the recipient of the gift.

Does that make sense? I wanted it to be something a little special for my partner.

It is written in the product description just above that “a digital version will automatically be emailed to the purchaser, but if you would like it emailed directly to the recipient or if you would like a physical copy, please indicate so in the 'order notes' section at checkout and we will be in contact about getting one sent.”
We have made this text bold now in an attempt to keep people from missing this.
There isn’t a note in your order about wanting a physical copy, but if you would still like us to send you a physical copy of the gift certificate please feel free to email us and we’d be happy to send one out to you ASAP.
