Very soft & stretchy 20 denier matte finish sheer tights in wardrobe staple basic black, by U.K. brand Pamela Mann (est. 1956!). These rise to natural waist with a smooth 2" wide waistband, have a gusseted cotton crotch, sheer reinforced toe--and best of all--the legs are completely sheer-to-waist.
